Processing times for orders vary. Please note that most orders will be created and shipped within 3 business days, or earlier.
Busy times of year, such as Christmas holidays, may increase processing times. Please leave ample time to receive your order during busy holiday periods to avoid disappointment.

International orders: 6-10 business days (Air Mail) to 1-3 months (Surface Mail), depending on shipping options selected at checkout

Most orders are insured against loss or damage. If you would like to add extra insurance to your order, please send me a message before your order is placed.
If you are located on Southern Vancouver Island (Victoria, Saanich, Westshore, Sooke, Cobble Hill or surrounding areas) and wish to pick up your order instead of having it mailed to you, please select the "local pick-up" shipping option during checkout, and I will send you an email with further pick-up instructions as your order is fulfilled.
Business days are Monday to Friday, PST, except for stat holidays. The art studio is also closed from December 21 - January 4.
Inquiries are answered within 24 hours on business days.
Please note that all items ship from my art studio located in Canada. If you reside in another country, import taxes may apply.
Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, VAT or other import taxes that may apply. These fees are not factored into the shipping charges. All import taxes or fees are paid by you to your local carrier or government at the time of delivery. Please check your country's policies regarding import of goods or use an online calculator to determine what fees may be incurred for your area.
Shipping fees for packages that are returned as "unclaimed" will not be refunded.
I’m not responsible for delays due to customs. Customs processing times vary and can be unpredictable. Please note that during busy holiday seasons such as Christmas, customs offices may be processing packages slower than usual, so delays may occur. I advise customers to place time-sensitive orders ahead of time during busy holiday seasons.
Packages that are unable to be successfully delivered by the postal carrier due to circumstances outside the customer’s control will be re-shipped at no additional expense to the buyer.
Packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information, unpaid customs fees or that were rejected by the customer upon delivery will not be refunded, or in some cases will be refunded to the buyer upon receiving the item back to my art studio, less the cost of shipping or carrier return fees. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they provide a correct delivery address, collect packages from their local postal carrier as required, or follow up with “missed delivery” notices. In such cases, if you decide to reorder the item in the future, you will still be required to pay for the shipping.
If you wish to return your purchase for whatever reason, you may do so, except for custom commissions, digital downloads, gift cards or discount sale merchandise (unless damaged or defective).
Items must be shipped back within 30 days of the customer originally receiving the item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, at the seller's discretion: (a) Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; (b) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Return shipping (except in the case where an item is received damaged or defective) is the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will get an email to notify you that your returned item has been received successfully back at the art studio. You will also be notified of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges are allowed in the case of replacing items that are defective or damaged. In this case, an identical replacement will be shipped to you at no additional charge. You may be asked to return the original item depending on the circumstances, at the seller's discretion.
In a situation where the same product is not available, you may choose a different item of similar monetary value, or choose to receive a refund.
Exchanges do not apply to custom orders, commissions, or special sales/discounted merchandise.
If you received a damaged or defective item and would like to request an exchange or refund, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive further instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be responsible for your return.
To return your product, please email me at email@example.com to receive instructions and a return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless you are returning/exchanging due to damage or defect). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a return shipping label from the studio to ship your return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure that your item is successfully received back at the art studio. Returns that are not successfully received back to the art studio cannot be refunded.
