Everyone loves their pets - let's face it, they are more than just "pets", they are beloved members of the family! I aim to capture their character, soul and unique personality in an original watercolour and oil pencil painting that you can cherish forever.
Each custom pet portrait commission is painted in watercolours and detailed using light-fast artist oil pencils on 100% cotton fine art paper.
You can choose from 8"x10", 9"x12", 11"x14", 12"x18", or contact me if you'd like a quote for a larger size (up to 22"x30").
Larger paintings will include a border no larger than 0.5 inches, while smaller portraits will have a border no larger than 0.25 inches.
All you need to provide is a clear digital photograph of your furbaby with the exact pose that you would like to be painted. You can also include other photographs with close-ups of specific details if they are not clear in the main photo. If you'd like to, you may let me know a little bit about your pet, including their personality, likes/dislikes, character traits, or anything else you'd like me to know to help me capture their unique soul in the painting.
Backgrounds can be either a solid colour or a lightly textured pattern, and you may pick any colour of your choice.

Please note that custom paintings can take up to 2 weeks to paint depending on the size, composition, and complexity of the commission, as well as how booked up I am. If you have a specific time frame in mind, please let me know in your message so that I can make it happen.
